Tuve el honor de ser invitado al Primer Informe de Gobierno del Presidente Municipal de la Ciudad de Toluca, y voy a ser honesto, yo no di mi voto al partido político del actual gobierno, y aquellos que me conocen sabrán que no soy simpatizante del Presidente de mi País; sin embargo he de ser honesto y estoy muy contento de lo que escuché el día de hoy.
Lo que me sorprendió muchísimo, fue el reconocimiento que se hizo a la ciudadanía, el reconocimiento a aquellos que están realizando acciones que generan una mejor ciudad. Simplemente el hecho que un gobierno sea concierne de que la gente es participativa y lo reconozca públicamente se merece todo mi respeto, porque no hay un elogio hacia ellos mismos, sino un apapacho hacia las personas que están comprometidas por el buen desarrollo de su ciudad.
Si me preguntan cuál fue mi la acción que más me impresionó, debería decir que es el reforzamiento y reestructuración de la policía municipal, desde los aumentos salariales, el equipamiento, la modernización y el apoyo que dan a la ciudadanía. Si bien, mi formación en Psicología Positiva me alienta a enfocarme en aquello que está bien, no puedo dejar atrás la exigencia de un cuerpo que pueda defendernos a los ciudadanos para que, Gracias a su esfuerzo y sacrificio, nosotros los ciudadanos podamos vivir en bienestar.
Repito lo dicho por Juan Rodolfo: «No se cansen de hacer el bien»
Por supuesto que otro de los temas que me sorprendió mucho fue todo el desarrollo artístico que ha tenido la ciudad, no hace falta decir que soy fan de la Orquesta OFiT… 10 años suman la presencia de la Orquesta en la entidad.
Desde mi punto de vista, el gobierno no genera el bienestar pero tiene gran responsabilidad de poner TODO lo indispensable… y somos los ciudadanos quienes hacemos posible el incremento del bienestar a nuestro alrededor.

What surprised me a lot, was the recognition that was made to the citizenship, the recognition to those who are carrying out actions that generate a better city. The fact that a government is concerned that people are participatory and publicly acknowledge it deserves all my respect, a big recognition to the people who are committed to the good development of their city.
If you ask me what was the action that impressed me the most, I should say that it is the strengthening and restructuring of the municipal police, from the salary increases, the equipment, the modernization and the support they give to the citizens. Although, my training in Positive Psychology encourages me to focus on what is right, I cannot leave behind the requirement of a body that can defend us citizens so that, Thanks to their effort and sacrifice.

Of course, another of the issues that surprised me a lot was all the artistic development that the city has had, it goes without saying that I am a big fan of the OFiT Orchestra. .. 10 years add up the presence of the Orchestra in the entity.
From my point of view, the government does not generate well-being but has a great responsibility to put EVERYTHING indispensable … and it is the citizens who make it possible to increase the well-being around us.
