La semana anterior, después de muchos esfuerzos (y mucho que nos falta) logramos hacer nuestra primera actividad dentro de la «Casa Clúster», emprendedores del Estado de México nos reunimos para comenzar un sueño llamado CLUSTER ITMx EDOMEX… pero ¿qué es esto?

Clúster ITMx es una iniciativa de mis amigos Tito y Lilia, desde hace más de 25 años comenzaron un sueño de un Mexico distinto, donde los que somos y con lo que tenemos, podemos crear una industria tecnológica 100% mexicana. Para cumplir con este sueño hemos comenzado a trabajar en dos frentes, la Innovación Social y la Innovación Tecnológica… base de esta Innovación Social es el Liderazgo Positivo que tanto requieren nuestros empresarios, y en Clúster estamos preparados para ayudarlos.

Una vez que podamos tener las bases de Innovación Social (basado en la honestidad, valores y fortalezas personales) podremos comenzar el proceso de innovación tecnológica, habrá quienes ya estén preparados y otros con quienes debamos tener un acompañamiento más cercano. Pero este proceso de florecimiento humano es algo que me encanta, algo que me apasiona.

Para comenzar actividades de innovación social, hemos creado una serie de talleres infantiles donde trabajaremos con niños mayores de 6 años que tendrán la experiencia de practicar valores, aprender sobre la sana convivencia y claro, iniciar un cambio desde lo más básico, nuestro desarrollo. Hablaré sobre esto en las siguientes semanas.

Creating a better Mexico.

The previous week, after many efforts (we need even more) we finally did our first activity within the «Cluster House», entrepreneurs from the State of Mexico met to begin a dream called CLUSTER ITMx EdoMex … but what is this?

Cluster ITMx is an initiative of my friends Tito and Lilia, for than 25 years ago they started a dream of a different Mexico, the main philosophy is “As many as we are and with what we have, we can create a 100% Mexican technology industry”… or something like that J. To support this dream we have begun to work on two ways, Social Innovation and Technological Innovation … the basis of this Social Innovation is the Positive Leadership that our entrepreneurs require so much, and in Cluster we are prepared to help them.

Once we can have the foundations of Social Innovation (based on honesty, values and character strengths) we can begin the process of technological innovation, some people is already prepared and others need support. But this process of human flourishing is something that I love to support.

To start social innovation activities, we have created a series of children’s workshops where we will work with children over 6 years of age who will have the experience of practicing values, learning about healthy living together and of course, starting a change from the basics, our development. I will talk about this in the following weeks.
